Acts

It's about focus on beginnings of the church, on the work of Peter, and on the work of Paul. Holy Spirit is Major themes in Acts book. Acts wrote by Luke and he is same person who wrote book of Luke.

I read four gospels in a week! I feel more closer to Jesus than before. I stronger suggest you to read the Gospels because it is blessing to hear Jesus's words. I'm now on Acts. :-)

My Reading...

I love to read the Bible daily and even two to four time per a day. Even it is blessing for me to read God's words. Like if he wrote stories and letters to me. I feel like if I could hear his speaking from reading. For me, since I am deaf so I can see picture in my head like if it was movie on play. I also could feel like if I were there in era of Jesus the Christ and witness everything from distance. It is calm experience and I can feel spirit fulfill in my heart as I reading.

I am now on Matthew and soon will start with Mark. I admit that I did read the Gospels for around five times and I still learn new when I repeat reading the Gospels. If you read the bible for first time and I stronger suggest you to read John book first so you can learn more about who is Jesus the Christ.

The Gospels...

There are four books in the New Testament called the gospels. (Oh by, I am using New King James Version bible.)

Matthew - Teaching of Jesus is Son of Abraham and Son of David, the fulfillment of all the promises to God's people.

Mark - Explained of the Crucifixion and Resurrection are keys to understanding who Jesus is.

Luke - Shows of the oppressed and outcasts of society that Jesus cares about.

John - Focus on long reflections on Jesus as divine Son of God.

The word Gospel is from the Anglo-Saxon godspell which meaning "good news".

The Gospels are good news! Because we can learn about Jesus, who he is, and why he have come to here.

My Baptized Experience...

I decided that I am ready to get baptized at my friend's church in my hometown. I was so blessing and exicted! I like my friend's church because it is very holy spirit in there.

Hello Everybody...

Hello Everybody,

My name is Kimbery MacLeod. I am deaf and I am newborn christian and I love to learn about God's words.

You always learn new something daily. That what I learn when I accept Jesus the Christ in my life.
I thought it will be simple life and I was wrong. When you accept the Christ and your life will start rollercoaster. It is worth at the end because reward in the heaven is wonderful.

I will talk bit about my life experience with Lord and my bible studying. I love to learn more about God and his life. I want to learn what he want to speaking to me. I also will talking about my experience with church services. I still haven't found right church yet.
